I love owl decorations!

Give A Hoot Paper Owl Craft

Photo by Laura Johansen, Idea by Natasha Collins

Give a Hoot

This statuesque owl was hatched from humble origins–namely, a cardboard tube and paper cupcake liners–so you don’t need to be talon-ted to make one!

Decorate a virtual cake with a Halloween message!
The owl has a special place in my heart because I grew up at a place called Hoot Owl Farm and was surrounded by images of owls of all kinds as a child. The owl represents strength and wisdom imparted by my grandparents in days of old. I hope you will enjoy making this craft with your child and your Au Pair.
