Are you providing your Au Pair an American experience?

I was thinking about all of the things that I would love to share with an Au Pair, or hope that my Host Families are sharing with their Au Pairs. I started to realize that it might make sense to go through a yearly calendar and to help pick out American experiences that we would like to share.

Of course, the list starts with News Year’s Eve celebrations, Super Bowl parties, and the regular holidays. But as one goes through the calendar, other things jump out like flying kites in March, going to a baseball game at Fenway Park or ice skating. What other activities would you include for all-American things an Au Pair should do while here? Please share!
