Children with special needs and their families need lots of support, right? Why not get the most flexible and one-to-one help available?
Au pairs, although not medically trained, are very willing to learn about your child and work with your entire family in bringing your child up in a loving, patient, and supportive environment. You can set the au pair’s hours and change them when needed, an au pair can add a level of consistency to your family life that children with special needs must have when dealing with behavioral issues or just learning the basics.
Prices are right for families with up to 45 hours (not more than 10 per day) of childcare for only $340 per week, or up to 30 hours for only $288 per week. In addition to full child care, au pairs can perform light child-related housekeeping such as child’s laundry or tidying children’s rooms or play areas. You do need a private bedroom for your au pair, since it is a live-in program.
