Need a flexible childcare provider who can work up to 45 hours per week, according to a schedule YOU need?
Need someone with special needs experience, or even someone with specialized skills like CPR and First Aid certifications?
How about a childcare provider who can drive the kids to/from school, activities or lessons?
Do you need someone who can care for your baby and engage the bigger kids too?
Would you like a caregiver who can bring a cultural exchange experience into your home?
Would your kids love a big sister who will play with them, listen to them, and be the best big sister ever?
Au Pair childcare and Go Au Pair can help!
German au pair Tanja has been caring for one child in the DC area for the past six weeks, but needs to find a new Host Family to complete her year in the Au Pair Program, until the middle of next October!
Tanja considers herself a friendly and positive person who is open minded and happy. She says she has a future career as a kindergarten educator and couldn’t imagine life without music. She plays the piano, likes drawing, and used to write song lyrics.
References call her friendly, positive, helpful, polite, reliable, sensitive, and empathetic. Does this sound like someone your family needs?
Tanja is a 23 year old college graduate, speaks English (rated 5 of 5), French and German. With over 920 hours of documented experience with children under age two, she is Infant Qualified, so can care for your baby over 12 weeks, your teens and the ones in-between.
She is a licensed driver in Germany (since 8/2009) and can drive with her International Driver’s Permit (in most states) until next October.
Tanja can cook and swim, and is a vegetarian herself. She hopes her Host Family does not have rodents, snakes or spiders, but other pets are fine.
Tanja’s ideal Host Family is a traditional married family, single mom, or gay or lesbian couple with kids of any age. Could this be your family?

Maybe Tanja isn’t right for you. We have over 300 qualified candidates! You can choose the skills, language and culture you want for your kids!
Your au pair can work flexible or split shifts around your needs, can walk or drive the kids to play dates or appointments and to/from school, and be there to get the kids a healthy meal or snack when you can’t.
We have a variety of programs to match your needs, with flexible arrival dates and locations, 12 month standard contracts with options to extend for 6, 9, or 12 months, as well as less-than-full-year commitments with our transition au pairs. Your needs are important, and we keep that in mind every step of the way!
