Meet a caring and skilled au pair candidate who is available to match with your family within the next week or two! She is transition au pair Erika Nadia from Colombia. She is 23 years old and available for full time childcare at your home.
She is both CPR and First Aid certified and is looking forward to helping with your little ones, ages two to teens. She is a high school graduate with experience as a nanny and teacher. She speaks English (rated 4 of 5), French and Spanish. She has an International Driver’s Permit and is currently scheduling her road test.
Erika can work up to 45 hours per week from the beginning of January to the middle of August, 2016. That could be perfect to carry your family through this school year and next summer with consistent, caring, cultural childcare.
Erika says her hobbies are going to the gym, listening to music, reading books, playing the clarinet and making cupcakes. A previous reference called her creative, cheerful and friendly.
How might she ease the stress in your house? Erika is hoping to find a traditional married couple or single mom with kids from 2 years to teenagers who needs full time, flexible childcare and wants to share their home and lives for the next 8 months.
Erika can help with morning and evening routines when things get busy around the house, and can even help with older or younger kids too, for no extra charge. Kids need a patient caregiver to help them learn to be responsible for themselves and also accepting and tolerant of others from different places with different language and traditions.
Parents benefit by having a little time for one-to-one parent-child activities, to work late without the worry, or even a date night. Erika says she can swim and cook! (You can thank me next Christmas.)
Prices are right for local families, with up to 45 hours (not more than 10 per day) of childcare for only $340 per week, or up to 30 hours for only $288 per week. In addition to full child care, Erika can perform light child-related housekeeping such as tidying children’s rooms or play areas. You do need a private bedroom for your au pair, since it is a live-in program.
