Meet Estefania, Native of Ecuador and Mature Au Pair Candidate
She has already completed a year of service as an au pair in the U.S. and is looking to match with a new Host Family to complete her second year here in the United States. She is available for 12 full-time months starting March 2, 2016.
See Estefania’s Go Au Pair profile. You can register for free and start interviewing candidates like Estefania right away!
She is a 27 year old experienced au pair, speaks English (ranked 5 of 5) and Spanish, drives (since 6/2011), swims, cooks, will place with a family with pets, and is Infant Qualified with over 3,100 hours of documented infant care experience!
Estefania prefers her next American Host Family to be a traditional married couple or single parents of either gender with children ages 12 weeks to teenagers. Aging out of the program, Estefania wants to make the most of this experience. Perhaps you know of a family interested in live-in childcare.
References have called her punctual, independent, honest, responsible, very patient and attentive to babies’ needs. Could she offer your family a cultural child care experience in 2016?

All Au Pairs pass a 17-point screening process, background check, personality profile, speak English (rated 1-5), receive 32 hrs child care training in child development & safety, provide live-in care & perform child-related tasks like meal prep for kids, children’s laundry, cleaning children’s playroom & bedrooms. Full time Au Pairs work up to 45 hours per week for about $340, or up to 30 hrs for $288. Each Au Pair also completes an educational component.
Au Pairs can work split shifts and their schedules can be flexible with yours. Having live-in help provides you the greatest flexibility to attend school events, appointments, or other responsibilities while still maintaining the flow of your household. Au pairs can help get kids ready in the morning & handle the after school rush, allowing you time to make dinner, sit and chat with the kids about their day, or run out and get those errands done by yourself.
Parents get the benefit of knowing their child is cared for in their own safe home environment by a dedicated member of the family, a vested member of the child care team. Au Pairs provide families flexible schedules while allowing a greater level of together-time and to develop lifelong relationships.
