You may know all about Au Pair childcare or cultural opportunities for (not just) kids in RI, but you don’t know Go Au Pair! We are active and growing in the RI area and you may be shocked and amazed to discover the many benefits of hosting an Au Pair for your dynamic family.
Let’s face it – families have changed. Grandma might live hundreds of miles away and you need help! Maybe the kids in your house outnumber the adults and you really need an extra set of eyes, ears and hands to keep it all together. It is possible that you have a culturally diverse family and want your children to grow up with an appreciation for those things native to their identity. Maybe you have a baby and kids in school and need split shift help.
Go Au Pair is the answer. We offer full and part-time options with affordable pricing plans for every family. Either 30 or 45 hours per week includes so much more than childcare and that’s what our cultural childcare experience is all about. Au Pairs are eager, energetic young people with a love of travel and often future plans of a career working with children. They come to live with American Host Families and live the American life for a year while providing flexible and reliable live-in childcare.
Your Au Pair comes from the country of your choice, from nearly 60 nations! He or she speaks English, rated on a scale of 1-5 by the international representative doing the interview, and is, at minimum, a high school graduate. Our Au Pairs have the skills your family needs, from driving to swimming and cooking and even tutoring, CPR and First Aid. He or she can be a language tutor (and your kids can tutor their Au Pair in American culture), best friend, chauffeur, coach, and so much more!
All you do is tell us what you need, and we can provide you many qualified candidates to interview, with no cost or obligation. In fact, we insist you interview several times before making your choice, and we encourage you to interview multiple candidates simultaneously! We will even match our competitors – just show us their written offer.
We offer even more specialized training at our NYC Workshop, where Au Pairs can meet their counterparts from all over the world and start this amazing experience with new friends from the word GO! Our Placement Coordinators and Local Area Representatives (LARs) offer Host Families outstanding personal support throughout your participation in the Au Pair Program, as well as guidance and support for each Au Pair. LARs plan and host several cultural and social events each year for Au Pairs and Host Families to socialize and enjoy our great state.
If this sounds intriguing, please read more on our city page or just register online to get started on this wonderfully enriching experience for your children and your whole family.
