Bilingual kids love Au Pair child care from Go Au Pair!

Parents are right when making their kids bilingual is a priority. Everyone knows that learning a second language will boost a child’s intelligence, not to mention his or her future potential for employment in the global economy.  The Au Pair Program provides American families a unique opportunity to help with that job, all while meeting other family needs like child care and help with all child-related activities!

Go Au Pair is your trusted sponsor agency since 1989, and we handle all the logistics for you. Currently, we have several young men and women already in the country and ready to match with your family and start helping out right away. After all, this time of year has all of us scrambling with our new fall schedules and back-to-school goings on. Why not let an Au Pair bring a cultural aspect to your home and help where you need it?

One excellent candidate with daycare, tutoring and volunteer experience is Ivonne, a 25 year old Au Pair from Colombia. She is able to start right away and stay through next July! To add to your peace of mind, Ivonne is both CPR and First Aid certified, as well as a licensed driver in Colombia (since 2/2015). She has made a short video, available to view on youtube, for her potential Host Family.

Ivonne can teach your kids some Spanish while they help her improve her English (she speaks medium English, rated 3 of 5) and is looking for a friendly and welcoming environment to learn more about the American culture. She is very flexible about her new Host Family and is hoping to find a family with children over age two who is willing to share their values and traditions.

As a Host Family, you and your children get an incredible cultural childcare experience with flexible scheduling like no other form of childcare. Ivonne can work up to 45 hours, even split shifts if you need! You get one price for all your kids (average $7.85 per hour), plus your au pair can do all sorts of childcare-related tasks, like driving the kids to/from school, practice or lessons, doing kids’ laundry (that’s huge!), supervising homework and chores, even cooking and cleaning up light meals and snacks!
